WHO PRODUCES THE FOOD?
The food is sourced from small, independent businesses across the UK. Where possible, we try to buy in ethically produced or fairtrade items. In the future we hope to start our own FOFC line of produce which will use the same ethos.

HOW CAN I ORDER?
You can use the website to securely choose and pay for all the products in the FAR OUT range. Alternatively you can telephone your order through using the number in the "Contact Us" section of this website (your credit or debit card details will be required during the telephone order). Or you can also send us an order with a cheque/credit card details through standard post. Please note that orders where payment is sent through the post will only be fulfilled when the money transfer has been completed.

HOW SECURE IS PAYING THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE?
We use Protx as our payments service provider on the website. Protx solutions use high levels of encryption. Protx has been audited and approved by all of the major UK acquiring banks which require Protx to adhere to all APACS standards. Protx have also been audited and accredited under the Visa Account Information Security (AIS) audit that specifically examines security of credit card details processed and stored by Protx.

WILL MY PERSONAL DATA BE PROTECTED?
We will never pass your personal data to a third party. We will never exploit your personal details in any manner.

HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE AND PACKING COST?
The costs of packaging are included in the advertised price.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We are unable at the moment to provide a change facility via the website, however if you use the contact telephone number we may be able to change the order if it has not been dispatched.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are unable at the moment to provide a cancel facility via the website, however if you use the contact telephone number we may be able to cancel the order if it has not been dispatched.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of receipt of the payment. The Royal Mail service takes between 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

DO YOU HAVE A MAILING LIST?
If you wish to be added to our mailing list, to be advised of new and different products being added to our range, please send us an e-mail titled "mailing list" using the address in the contacts page.
