Packing 'em in
INSIDE PACKAGING
All food gift boxes/packages (i.e. where the product is stated as being a gift box or package) are individually wrapped and tied, ready to be presented as gifts. Inside, in addition to the products, will be an information page giving further information on the products to the recipient.
OUTSIDE PACKAGING
The gifts will be dispatched in an outer protective box to arrive in perfect condition.
An invoice will be sent with the outside box if it is to your address. Where you are sending the gift to a different address (delivery address) the invoice will be sent separately to the invoice address. A "Gift From..." message will then be placed in the box sent to the delivery address.
OTHER GIFT MESSAGES
If you wish to send an additional message to the recipient of the gift, please enter the message in the "Enter any special delivery instructions" box and a card bearing the message will be placed in the gift box.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of you placing the order (usually sooner). If it is an urgent order and is required for a specific day, we may be able to fastpath certain items - just let us know!
We use standard Royal Mail parcel delivery service, which normally takes 3 to 5 working days. The cost of shipping the parcels is included in the item price. Unfortunately we only currently deliver to the United Kingdom.
